Once your order is placed, refunds are unavailable. We offer a 14 day exchange policy in store and online. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

All exchanges are extended until January 15th 2026

There will be a $20 processing fee deducted from any exchange.

Items must be exchanged within 14 days. Merchandise must be in its original condition and must be unworn in order to be eligible for exchange. If the merchandise is returned in any other manner, an exchange will be denied.

If you purchase a ring in any size other than 7, upon exchange you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

The availability of exchanging merchandise is unique to every order, and there is no guarantee.

Please note: If you are in need of a jewelry repair for an item that you purchased from us, please contact us. If you need earrings or cufflinks repaired, we will need the full pair (even if only one is damaged) in order to proceed with your repair. 

Please review your order closely before checking out. Store credits must be applied during the checkout process. Once your order is placed, we will be unable to make any price adjustments or apply any store credits.

90 DAY WARRANTEE:

We offer a 90 day warrantee. Please inspect your items upon arrival to ensure that there aren’t any initial defects. If there are any issues, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you.

We are confident in our products and their quality. Our warrantee does not cover lost items or items that ensue abnormal trauma due to improper storage or accidents.
